Our plans always offer affordable access to mental health for all members, regardless of insurance coverage. but now we can give insured members the opportunity to save even more.
here’s a look at the details:
insurance “in network”
members of eligible plans can now use their insurance to pay for medications, doctor visits and therapist visits. we’re lowering the cost of our monthly membership, but if you have in-network insurance, you’ll pay just $29 for any of our plans!
Please read the “pricing” section below for more details. visit our frequently asked questions page to see which insurers we are in-network with. We’re always adding more carriers for this coverage, so if we’re not in network with yours now, we hope to be soon!
The price of your covered services depends on the copays or deductibles you have with your insurance plan. therefore, check with your insurance plan for details. but with your insurance, you should be paying much less than before!

Members across the country can use insurance to cover drug costs. all other costs, such as prescriber visits, remain included in the reduced price monthly membership.
You will pay for your medications in one of two ways:
- safe. Whether your medication is delivered to your door or you pick it up at a pharmacy, you simply pay according to your agreement with your insurer. That means you may have to cover copays or meet drug deductibles. check with your insurer for details.
- self-pay. If you are not using insurance, you will pay the cost of medications separately from your monthly plan price. the cost will depend on your treatment plan, but our most common medications are only $10. In rare cases, medications will cost more, up to a maximum of $45 (some medications only).
- Note that if you have an fsa/hsa, you can use it to cover brain costs, including medications. !
If you have insurance, but we’re not working with that prescription provider yet, there’s good news! your insurance may qualify for out-of-network reimbursement for your brain plan. our new brain cash-back program makes it easy to repay.
brain cashback
If you’re not “in network” but want your insurance to cover visits, there’s good news! you may still qualify for an out-of-network reimbursement.
If you have insurance that is not considered in-network with Cerebral, please contact us. we will send you a bill that you can send to your insurer for possible reimbursement of the subscription. Be sure to schedule and attend all of your prescriber and/or therapist visits to be eligible for any reimbursement!
